Privacy Policy
VIP24 uses Google Sign-In to create and secure customer accounts. We receive the Google account identifier, verified email address, and display name that Google provides after the customer consents. We never receive the customer's Google password or access to Gmail messages.
Information we process
We process account identity, secure session records, account balance and ledger entries, purchases, service entitlements, access-code records, and necessary security and operational logs.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate customers, operate VIP24 accounts, record purchases and service access, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and meet legal or security obligations.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to service providers needed to operate VIP24, when the customer directs us, or when legally required. We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for service, security, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes.
Security and choices
We use access controls, HTTPS, secure cookies, and restricted server configuration. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting us.
