These general terms explain VIP24ALL's account, payment, access-code and package-validation service. Use accurate account information, protect your account and code, and use the service lawfully. Contact support@vip24all.com about these terms or your VIP24ALL account.

What VIP24ALL provides

VIP24ALL sells and manages time-based package access through customer accounts and access codes. Our API lets authorized participating providers check whether a code has an active package and when that access expires. An active code confirms the package status recorded by VIP24ALL; it is not a guarantee that a separate provider's service will always be available or suitable for your needs.

VIP24ALL remains responsible for its own account service, payment and credit records, code issuance and management, package validation, security measures and related customer support.

Independent third-party services

Participating third parties independently operate their websites, applications and services. They are responsible for their own content, operation, availability, compatibility, conduct and service support. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services. Check those terms, the service description and any eligibility or technical requirements before buying package days.

VIP24ALL does not operate or control a third party's service merely because it accepts our access codes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VIP24ALL is not responsible for that provider's independent acts, omissions, content or outages. This does not exclude responsibility for VIP24ALL's own acts, representations or obligations, or any responsibility that applicable law places on us as a seller or service provider.

For a problem with third-party content or service operation, contact that provider. For a VIP24ALL payment, balance, purchase, code or validation problem, contact our support. You may also contact us about a provider issue affecting a purchase; this allocation of support does not remove any remedy you may have against VIP24ALL under applicable law.

Accounts and access

Google Sign-In authenticates your account. Protect access to your Google account and promptly report suspected unauthorized use of VIP24ALL. You may submit your access code to an authorized participating provider for package verification. Keep it private otherwise; do not publish, resell or manipulate it to bypass restrictions.

Private code use and replacement

• Your access code is for your personal use only. Do not share, lend, sell or trade it, or use it for commercial, trading or financial purposes.
• You may use your code on no more than two devices at the same time.
• You are responsible for activity carried out using your code. Sharing your code or abusive use of it will result in suspension of your entire account, no refund, and forfeiture of your remaining credit.
• Before requesting a replacement, sign out of every service and device using the old code. Keep this VIP24ALL account page open to complete the request.
• Accepting this request permanently burns the old code and replaces it with a new one. After replacement, use only the new code. The old code cannot be restored.
• You may replace your code once a month. Your next replacement becomes available one calendar month after the successful replacement; the exact date will be shown.
• Replacing your code is free. Your existing USD credit and purchased package expiry dates stay the same. Replacement does not remove account restrictions or responsibility for earlier activity.

Review the terms shown before confirming a code replacement. Those terms apply to that request, subject to the mandatory rights described below.

Bitcoin payments and USD credit

I am adding credit to my own VIP24ALL account using Bitcoin on the Bitcoin network. I will check the address and BTC amount before sending, and pay my sending wallet's network fee separately.

The selected USD amount and the BTC quote are estimates. The quote lasts five minutes. Bitcoin prices can change, so my final USD credit may be higher or lower than the amount selected.

A recognized payment and its estimated USD value remain pending and cannot be spent. VIP24ALL waits for three Bitcoin confirmations, then values the BTC actually received using Coinbase's closing price for the minute containing the third-confirmation block's timestamp, rounded to the nearest US cent. If that price is unavailable, credit remains pending.

An unconfirmed transaction can fail or be replaced. A conflicted payment does not become spendable credit. Once credited, the USD value is fixed. Buying package days is a separate action using confirmed credit.

I understand that Bitcoin transactions cannot normally be reversed by VIP24ALL. I will send only to the address shown for my account and contact support if I need help. By accepting, I agree to the VIP24ALL Terms of Service and understand this payment process.

The site's BTC/USD ticker is an indicative market price from Coinbase. It may be delayed or unavailable and is not a locked deposit quote, the rate for a particular payment, or financial advice. The payment terms and the payment's recorded valuation determine credited USD.

Buying package days

Adding credit and buying package days are separate actions. Review your selected days, package allocations and total before activating access. Only confirmed USD credit can pay for a purchase. A minimum purchase is 15 combined days ($5), and combined days must be divisible by three. Adding days to an active package extends its expiry; an inactive package starts when purchased.

Availability and account reviews

Network, price-provider or email delays may affect processing. Payment recognition is not a promise of confirmation. VIP24ALL may pause access to investigate payment conflicts, abuse or security issues. Contact support to report an error or request review of a restriction. Service availability and remedies remain subject to the commitments made for your purchase and applicable law.

Your mandatory rights

Nothing in these general terms, the service disclaimer, or the payment and code-use provisions excludes or limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. This includes any applicable consumer rights concerning faulty or undelivered services, refunds, cancellation, privacy and remedies. A no-refund or credit-forfeiture provision applies only to the extent lawful in your circumstances. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply to the extent they can lawfully continue.

Changes and contact

We publish the date of general policy updates on this page. The terms shown when you make a payment or request a code replacement apply at that time.
